Between 90 - 45 days before scheduled date of arrival:
20% cancellation fee of the tour will be charged.
Between 44-30 days before scheduled date of arrival: 50 % cancellation fee of the tour will be charged.
Between 29 days and day of arrival 100%cancellation fee of the total tour price will be charged

With the average hotel in the USA at $225, food easily $75-125 a day, car rental, tours, excursions, a simple adventure holiday can quickly spiral out of control. So you would expect to pay a lot more for a full service Safari adventure.
Our safari is full service, including every single transportation from picking you up at the airport, traveling to every destination in our Toyota Land Cruisers and back to the airport with ease. All meals are included. Breakfasts are full with many fresh fruits, juices, coffee, tea, granola, toast, crepes, eggs of any style and bacon. Lunches are often on the safari and will include gourmet boxes with sandwiches, salads, juices and desert. Dinners include homemade soups are all buffet at the lodges with plenty of vegetarian selections as well as meat dishes and steaks and don't forget the amazing desserts.
You do have to tip, the staff depends on this. You can budget $15 per day per person at a lodge - this avoids tipping all the time as Tanzanians are incredibly helpful and gracious at every moment. Your guides also depend on tips and a base tip is $17 per day per person. Your guides just don't drive, the are experts in the flora and fauna of Tanzania, as well as being able to spot a leopard at 100 paces as they are driving your vehicle, telling you stories, and making sure you are happy and hydrated.
