Nancy, of 2nd Hand Ranch and Rescue is partnering with her friend Donatus Gadiye, of Wilderness Legends based out of Arusha, Tanzania, to bring special tours dedicated to conservation and education for the friends of 2nd Hand Ranch & Rescue.
Nancy joined a travel group March 2022 and that special trip but also spurred on an idea. How can we help save the endangered wildlife, how can 2nd Hand Ranch help make a difference, not only with our native wildlife but African as well? Travel is the answer.... bringing our special friends and followers to Tanzania on small, special, personalized tours in the off season for an up close and personal guided adventure. Nancy , working with Wilderness Legends ,is allowing only 16 guests per excursion. Traveling with ease in 3 fully appointed Toyota Land Cruisers, and resting at some of the most beautiful Safari Lodges & Bush Camps in Tanzania. Each morning you will be served elegant breakfasts along with box lunches catered just for you, and each evening, lavish dinners full of great conversations and wine will compete each day. Oh don't worry, no matter how remote, there is always wifi and fabulous hot showers.
Dare to make your dreams come true. Life is so very short as Nancy knows, she is a 5 year cancer survivor with a passion to share her wanderlust with you. Its time we all travel! Nancy along with Donatus, will walk you through all the steps to travel planning. From helping you book your flights, visas, and even deciding what to pack. Once we get to Tanzania, Donatus and his incredible team of guides will be with you every moment to make your experience one of magic. Everything (except tipping) is included in the tour price. Nancy & Wilderness Legends will pick you up right at Kilimanjaro Airport and everyone will be together until the end, then delivered back to your flight home.
The itinerary will be posted soon along with payment plans and deposits. We will enjoy early morning safaris, meet local tribes and learn about their cultures, many unchanged since the beginning of time, We will visit the Serengeti Plain, The Ngorongoro Crater and travel though-out the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
